We want you to sleep comfortably and confidently. Every bed frame we sell is backed by a simple warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

3. What the Warranty Covers

• Structural components – headboard, side rails, footboard, support bars
• Metal hardware – bolts, brackets, and support legs
• Factory finishes – paint or coating defects caused during manufacturing
• Moving parts – hinges or gas lift mechanisms
• Replacement parts during the warranty period

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear such as small scratches
• Incorrect assembly or misuse
• Using an incorrect mattress size
• Commercial or rental use
• Damage from water, humidity, or accidents
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs

5. Conditions for Warranty Validity

• Proof of purchase must be provided
• The bed must be assembled according to the instructions
• The bed must be used indoors in a dry environment
• Bolts should be checked and tightened periodically

6. How to Make a Claim

1. Take clear photos of the issue.
2. Email our support team with your order number and photos.
3. We will review your claim within 2 business days.
4. If approved, we may repair, replace parts, or replace the product.

7. Shipping & Returns

• Replacement parts are shipped free of charge.
• If we require the faulty part back, we will provide a return label.
• Replacement products may require disassembly and packaging.

8. Spare Parts Availability

We keep spare parts for at least 5 years after a model is discontinued. After the warranty period, parts may still be purchased at cost.
